Tank Overflows for water tanks
Tanks should be regularly inspected to check if the cold water tank overflowing due to the water level being too high.
The inlet should be set to shut off at least 25mm below the water tank overflow fitting
The fitting must contain a mesh to prevent insects and debris going through the fitting and help prevent contamination in the water tank, these fittings are called screened overflow fitting.
